Terms of Membership

Plain-English terms covering how Yaam Agency memberships work. By signing up you agree to everything below. Last updated June 9, 2026.

1. Who we are

Yaam Agency ("Yaam", "we", "us") is a membership-based branding and marketing team. When you sign up you become a "member" and gain access to a private client portal where work is delivered, reviewed, and approved.

2. The plans

We offer three ways to work with us:

  • Monthly Membership — $1,997 / month. Full membership, billed monthly, no contract. Cancel anytime.
  • Annual Membership — $19,970 / year (equivalent to $1,664 / month). Same membership as Monthly, billed once a year. You save the equivalent of two months by paying upfront.
  • À la carte — one-time purchase. Pay per service. Your account stays open between purchases and can be upgraded to a full membership anytime. Active members receive privileged rates on all à la carte services; these services are not included in the membership fee.

3. Signing up

You start by filling out the short intake form on our homepage. You'll be asked for your name, email, business, website (if any), what you're struggling with, and your billing choice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

You're inside your client portal the same day you join, and the team begins work within 48 hours.

4. What's included in a full membership

Every Monthly and Annual member gets the same deliverables. They include: client portal access, a private member community, logo redesign, social profile design, social media management (monthly posting + automated DM responders), eCommerce integration, full website rebuild and ongoing maintenance, AI front desk automation, and email automation.

Full members can request unlimited deliverables from the included list — one queued at a time, delivered in sequence.

5. Fair use of unlimited requests

Deliverable requests must be for your own business and projects — the business you signed up with. You may not use your membership to request websites, brand assets, or any other deliverable for friends, family, clients, or unrelated businesses.

We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside your membership scope and, in cases of clear abuse, to pause or terminate the membership.

6. One account per company

Each membership is tied to one company or business. You may not share your membership, your portal access, or your deliverables across multiple businesses, brands, or ventures. If you operate more than one company, each one needs its own membership or à la carte account.

We reserve the right to verify business ownership and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.

7. Sequential delivery & timeline

Deliverables arrive in order, not all at once. We follow a published year-long timeline so each piece builds on the last (e.g. logo and social profile in Month 1, eCommerce in Months 4–7, website launched in Months 7–9, automations once the site is live). 8. Approvals & revisions

Every deliverable lands in your portal for review. You can approve, request changes, or leave it pending. If no decision is made within 72 hours of posting, the deliverable is automatically marked as approved so the team can keep moving.

9. Payments & renewals

Memberships renew automatically — monthly plans on the same day each month, annual plans on the same date each year — until cancelled. À la carte purchases are one-time charges and do not auto-renew.

A failed payment puts the account into a short grace period during which Stripe automatically retries. If the payment is not resolved within that window, deliveries pause and the membership may be cancelled.

10. Upgrades & downgrades

You can switch plans at any time from the secure Stripe billing portal, accessible inside your member portal under "Manage billing":

  • Monthly → Annual: upgrade anytime and lock in the lower rate.
  • Annual → Monthly: downgrade takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
  • Monthly or Annual → À la carte: downgrade at the end of the current billing period; your account stays open for one-off purchases.
  • À la carte → Monthly or Annual: upgrade anytime to unlock the full deliverables list.

11. Cancellation

There's no contract. You can cancel your membership at any time from the billing portal. Monthly memberships end at the close of the current month you've paid for. Annual memberships continue through the end of the pre-paid year — see the Refunds section below.

12. Refunds

Because work begins within 48 hours and deliverables are produced continuously, we don't issue pro-rated refunds for the current billing period (monthly or annual). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the period you've already paid for. À la carte purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you believe a charge is in error, email us and we'll review it.

13. À la carte purchases

À la carte services are not included in any Monthly or Annual membership. They are billed separately, one service at a time.

Active Monthly and Annual members receive privileged member rates on all à la carte services. The discounted pricing is shown at checkout when you're logged into your member portal. Buyers keep an open account and can upgrade to a full membership at any time.

All à la carte work follows the same fair-use rule: it must be for your own business. The pricing shown at checkout is final for that purchase.

14. 1:1 calls

Single 1:1 strategy calls are booked and paid for separately through our Stan Store. They are not included in any membership tier and follow Stan Store's own booking and refund policies.

15. Account deletion

If you need your account deleted for any reason — beyond simply cancelling your subscription — please email us at hello@yaamagency.com. Account deletions are processed manually so we can confirm identity, close out any open deliveries, and remove your data from the portal.

16. Ownership of work

Once a deliverable is approved (or auto-approved at the 72-hour mark) and your account is in good standing, the final work is yours to use for your business. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

Templates, internal systems, automations, and tooling we use to produce the work remain Yaam's property.

17. Limitation of liability

Yaam provides services on a best-effort basis. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the membership. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you've paid us during that period.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active members by email before they take effect.
